1001 Nuits

From September to June, all rentals are for a minimum of two nights. In July and August, all rentals are for three nights or more.

No meals included, but a welcome basket awaits you at your arrival ("appetizer", "breakfast" or "two in love" : your choice).

The cleaning of the house is included in the rental price. However, please notice that the occupants are required to clean the fridge, the kitchen and to wash the dishes before departure.

Check-in : 16:00-21:00. Check-out : 08:00-12:00. Arrival or departure before or after the scheduled hours is possible at no additional cost, subject to availability. Please ask when booking.

Bedrooms : baby cot, extra pillows, extra blankets. Bathroom, shower room : Hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo dispensers. Kitchen : microwave (combined oven), ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, blender, Nespresso coffee machine. Living room : TV, Internet, massage armchair. Others : library, baby foot, first aid kit.

The lodging comes with 2 bedrooms, a shower room with sink and toilet, and a bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet. If you choose the 'couple rate' option, there will be only you in the house during your stay, but you are kindly asked to use one bedroom and one bathroom.

4 adults and one baby or young child. A second baby cot is available for free, on request.

The house doesn't provides a private parking, but there are public parking spaces a few meters away. Please notice that you can store 2 motorcycles or 5 bicycles in the garage.

Less than 5 minutes on foot : Public parking, automatic laundry, bakery, shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes on foot : Swimming pool (currently closed due to flooding), sports center, playground, RAVel bikepath, banks. Many touristic sites: Less than 15 minutes by car : Caves of Remouchamps, Fonds de Quarreux, Ninglinspo, cave of Comblain, WW2 museum, Château de Harzé and bakery museum, Elfique brewery, Misery brewery ... 20 minutes by car : Spa (thermal baths, casino ...), ruins of Franchimont, ruins of Château de Logne, Palogne farm (kayak), Chaudfontaine ... 30 minutes by car : Liège, Durbuy, Verviers, Francorchamps ...

Pets aren't allowed in the house, which isn't well equipped to welcome them. Small and quiet dogs can exceptionally be accepted as long as they stay on the ground floor. All animals are strictly prohibited on the upper floors. We charge 15 euros extra per animal and per stay.

The lodging is entirely non-smoking. Any infringement will result in a professional cleaning invoiced to the faulty tenant.
